2. PLACE OF DELIVERY
The delivery of the order will be made until 8:00 p.m. (working days) to the address you have specified during the purchase process. If the delivery cannot be made, the transport company will contact you to agree on another delivery time slot or another day, or if you prefer, it will indicate a nearby office where you can pick up the package.
If after 7 days since the receipt or delivery notice was left, the buyer has not contacted the courier company, the order will return to our warehouses and the customer must be responsible for the shipping and return costs. to the origin of the merchandise, as well as the possible associated management costs.
El Piano is not responsible for errors caused in delivery when the address indicated by the buyer in the order form does not correspond to reality or there are data that have been omitted.3. DELIVERY DAYS
In order that the delivery can be made without problems, it is appreciated that at the address provided by the client, said delivery can be made within normal working hours.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
When the order leaves our warehouses, an email will be sent to the buyer so that they are aware of the status of their order.
Each delivery is considered made from the moment the courier company makes the requested product available to the buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by said company.
The buyer must check the good condition of the package before the courier who delivers the requested product, indicating on the delivery note any anomaly that may be detected in the packaging.
During the month of August or Christmas, delivery times can be extended by up to 7 days to the usual ones.
For reasons beyond our control (strikes in the sector, etc.) the period could increase to 30 days.

4. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS.
If you wish to change size or return, the customer must make the request within a period of 15 days after receiving the order.
The items must be returned in their original packaging and with all their accessories, if any, and in perfect condition.

Refunds:
If the returned products are new, unused and in their original package, we will proceed to refund the amount under the same payment system that was used within a maximum period of 15 days from confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. less shipping costs, from which they will be exempt only when the return is for a defective product.
Intimate clothing and/or bathroom items are not eligible for return; they will only be exempt when the return is due to a defective product.
You can also return the products to us in our physical stores, within a maximum period of 15 days from receiving the product.
If you make the return in our stores, it will be exchanged for a Voucher to be used exclusively in our physical stores.

Prices and stock in the physical store may vary, and are generally more expensive.

7. PAYMENTS AND EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

However, if the purchase had actually been made by the cardholder and the refund demand was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, it will remain obliged to EL PIANO to compensate for the damages and losses caused as a result of said cancellation.
